Cergy, 4 May 2026 – The SPIE group, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, announces the composition of its Executive Committee following the implementation of the governance changes unveiled in March 2026.

The appointment of Markus Holzke as Chief Executive Officer of the SPIE group, announced on March 6, 2026, took effect following the annual general shareholders’ meeting held on 30 April 2026.

Rainer Hollang has been appointed Managing Director of SPIE Germany Switzerland Austria, succeeding Markus Holzke.
