Approval of 2024 Financial Statements

At the Shareholders’ General Meeting held on April 30^th, 2025, the shareholders approved the statutory and consolidated financial statements for 2024.

Dividend

The Shareholders’ General Meeting approved the allocation of the Company’s 2024 earnings and the distribution of a €0.75 dividend per share to be paid on May 16, 2025 (Ex-Date May 14, 2025), an interim dividend of €0.25 per share having been paid in September 2024.

Appointments

The General Meeting approved: 

All other resolutions submitted to the vote were approved by the shareholders.
