Cergy, March 27^th 2025 - SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, announces an evolution of the composition of its Board of Directors.

SPIE SA’s Board of Directors has decided to propose the appointment of two new independent female Directors at the upcoming annual shareholders’ meeting on April 30th 2025.

Detailed information about these proposed Directors will be provided shortly on the company’s website. 

Furthermore, following the resignation of Peugeot Invest as Director, the Board has decided to coopt as replacement Mr. Bertrand Finet, who will therefore continue to seat at the Board. His deep knowledge of the company and of its Board as well as strong competencies and experience makes him a valuable asset to the Board of Directors. The appointment of Mr. Bertrand Finet is for the duration of the remaining mandate and will be subject to ratification at the coming annual shareholders’ meeting.
